How wonderful!! You’ve put the winter to really good use, are you at least a stone lighter than post Christmas weight? Don’t you feel good? You are really looking forward to the summer months, okay you may have struggled for the odd week here and there but you pulled yourself through it and it’s worth it.

Did you see sun today? Did you see the girls in their short sleeves and lighter clothes? Thank goodness you dieted through the winter.
Isn’t it great to feel like one of them? Instead of how you felt last year when you were in your baggy clothes all year through. After all one and a half stone lighter who needs them.

We often have some nice weather in May. Warm days, blue skies and all those flowers, buds bursting. BUT NOT YOU. You’re dieting and you resemble the more delicate flower. Your partner is totally thrilled with the new you, he’s even offered to take you away for the weekend. Aren’t you glad that you stuck with the diet this far? PERHAPS YOU ARE ALREADY AT TARGET.

Summer days are really here. Remember last year when perspiration was a problem? When you stopped wearing tights and the top of your legs rubbed together? No such problems now!!

Holiday month! Well you’ve just been on holiday and come along to weigh in, a gain! Just a small one though, so what. You have enjoyed your holiday and have wonderful memories to savour, you have indulged yourself but you are fully prepared to lose that over the next couple of weeks. Just think this years photos will have pride of place. Not shoved to the back of the drawer like last year because you were ashamed of the way you looked. This year you are really proud of yourself.

Depending on how much you need to lose and how strict you’ve been of course, is tonight going to be the night you are presented with your target certificate? Three and a half stone lighter and you lost it at just a couple a pounds a week.

Well the nights are just starting to draw in, so it’s back to the winter clothes. But not those old ‘‘baggies’’ Oh NO!! Your new jumpers and jeans snugly fit your new figure. Who would have thought that you would have looked forward to wearing winter clothes?

BONFIRE NIGHT - Do you remember last year when you pigged out on all those hot dogs and burgers and all that fatty food? It seems like a lifetime ago doesn’t it.

Well Christmas is here again, hasn’t this year gone quickly! But oh boy! What a year, just imagine if you hadn’t dieted you’d be sitting here after Christmas, depressed, bloated and feeling sorry for yourself.

Now it’s January the present time!! Your successful, wonderful year ahead is in your own hands, with the help of Super Slim and your personal consultant. You may feel that you have plenty of time BUT BEWARNED it passes so quickly.
