When the doctor told me I had to lose 4 stone because of my health, I thought "God how am I going to do that!" The next day a leaflet came through the door for Super Slim. I decided to join and that was 2 and 1/2 years ago. With the help of Carol my Group Leader and the good friends I have made, I have reached my target weight.

It wasn't easy but I eat well, I am very happy and a lot healthier. I am now a size 12. I was a size 18 to 20 before and I know longer wear baggy clothes to hide my size. My
