Dot's Slimming Success
Before

I don't call it slimming, I call it healthy eating. There i so much to eat on the Back to Basics diet, which is why I have enjoyed losing weight. It was great, as I could see the pounds falling offand going down clothes sizes as the months went by. I still cannot believe that I have come down from size 22/24 to a size 12. I am able to go into shops and not have to buy skirts with elasticated waists and baggy tee shirts. Also, I can now walk up hills without getting out of breath.

Before I had lost my weight, I used to hate having my photo taken because I was fat. (That's why my before photo is of me at 14st, I haven't got one when I was 15st 11lbs.) I am now at target and I feel great, thanks to Super Slim. A big thank you to Sue for all the help and advice she has given me at the class every week. I intend to stay at my target weight and keep attending the weekly class.

 

Starting Weight = 15st 11 lbs
Total Weight Loss = 6st 6lbs
Weight Now = 9st 5lbs
