I found it difficult to walk the children to school as I was tired and out of breath. My weight was having an impact on my health, with high blood pressure, a bad back, knees and feet. I decided I had to do something to put this right. I chose the Fatbuster diet as it was easier to fit in with my young children. Losing weight has given me more confidence.
