After yet another year of being big, it was really too much
effort to walk around. I went with my family on an outing to Drayton Manor Park and one of the family was taping
a home video. Little did I know that video was going to change my life after watching it. I felt huge, you never think that your that big. I had to do something. I joined Super Slim in 1999 and I weighed a massive 18 stone. I was so
embarrassed. I started to lose weight and as I started to drop dress sizes, I started to mix more with the members.

I now would not miss my class. I have bags of confidence, lots of energy and to tone up my husband bought me an exercise bike. The kids love their new Mom because I take
them swimming, bike riding and lots more. A massive thanks to Super Slim and all the members at Rushall Labour Club.
