I joined Super Slim with my daughter and another relative, mainly to give a bit of moral support to my daughter who had wanted to lose weight for some time. I'm so glad I did because as I began to slowly lose the weight, I felt so much better in myself, healthier, fitter and determined to reach my target as this is now the case.
