Since joining Super Slim my life has changed. I was really overweight at 14st 2lbs, it was difficult to walk any distance as I have asthma and arthritis, the extra weight did not help at all having to keep stopping to take a breath. Walking is not a problem now I have lost weight. People are starting to notice the difference in my appearance; I am getting lots of great compliments which makes me feel really good.

When I started my diet I was a size 22/24 and it was really difficult to get clothes to fit, but now I am a size 16, can shop anywhere for clothes, feel fantastic and feel more comfortable in the fashionable clothes I can now wear.

My lifestyle has completely changed. Thanks goes to Super Slim and my group leader Diane.
