I decided to join Super Slim because we had set a date for our wedding and I wanted to be a slim bride; I didn't want to buy a size 18-20 dress. The pounds dropped off and I was down to a size 14, looking just the way I wanted.

Being pleased with the result, I decided I didn't want to be a fat wife and set myself the target of being a size 12 by Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas 2005, I bought my first pair of size 12 jeans.

Since losing my weight I became fit enough to be accepted into the police force passing the physical test with time to spare.

My new target I have set myself is a size 10 by this Christmas.
