Joining Super Slim was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I had no self esteem or confidence because of my size. I had given up hope with ever losing the weight so I am proud of my achievement and know it was only possible through 'Super Slim'.

The class is friendly, informative, but most of all supportive. I've re-educated myself as far as my eating habits are concerned and these 'new' habits will stay with me for the rest of my life.
