I decided to return to Super Slim as I realised I would soon be 50. It's taken two years to achieve my target weight. I celebrated my 50th birthday with just one pound to go. I feel so much better and enjoy buying new clothes.

My great niece was born just before I started slimming and because I didn't like going to the gym, I pushed her in a pram for miles which got me fitter and the exercise I needed. My success is down to Jean, my Group Leader who is great and gives me inspiration with her enthusiasm, tells me off when I need it and keeps me on the straight and narrow.

I will still attend class to maintain my weight as it has become a family affair, my daughter and two great nieces attend and are just as successful.

Starting Weight = 13st 8lbs
Total Weight Loss = 3st 3lbs
Weight Now = 10st 5lbs
