Sticky Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 220ºC/425ºF/gas mark7. Cut chicken into quarters. Combine all other ingredients and coat the chicken in the mixture. Place in a roasting tin in a single layer and cook at the top of the oven for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden. If there are any juices left in the pan, set the tin over a medium heat on the hob and stir until the mixture is reduced to a syrupy glaze. Season to taste and pour extra glaze spooned over to serve. Serve with mini pitta breads, coleslaw or fresh green salad
