At Superslim we believe that to lose weight you must eat normal everyday foods, fitting in easily with family meals.
The 'Back to Basics' diet includes basic food of bread, potatoes, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and cereals. Bread and potatoes can be eaten freely. Yes they really can! Many people avoid bread and potatoes when they are dieting and they don't have to. Meat, fish and poultry, will however need to be weighed.
