A Sample Menu for the 'Fatbuster' Diet
At Superslim we believe that to lose weight you must eat normal everyday foods, fitting in easily with family meals.
The 'Fatbuster' diet means that you eat less bread, cheese and red meat than the 'Back to Basics' diet. If you would like to take advantage of higher allowances of milk, poultry and fish this could be the diet for you.
It is really easy to apply the 'Fatbuster' to a normal day, as you can see from the sample menus below:
Sample Menu 1
Breakfast - 40z of Grapefruit segments, 1oz of Fruit and Fibre. Mid morning - 1 banana. |
Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread. 2oz of wafer thin ham, a portion of salad and 2 tomatoes. |
| Evening meal - 6oz of potatoes, runner beans, broccoli and cauliflower, chicken, yoghurt and sugar free jelly. |
Supper - 40 calorie hot chocolate drink, peach. |
| Treats - Hot chocolate drink (40 calories), yoghurt (55 calories), jelly (10 calories). |

Sample Menu 2
Breakfast - Glass of orange juice, 1 banana, 1 slice of toast, 1 poached egg. |
Lunch - 6oz jacket potato, 1 oz of cheese and diet coleslaw. 1 apple. |
| Evening Meal - 6oz of brown rice, mixed in with peppers, spring onion, grated carrot and chicken. Onken light mousse (lemon). |
Supper - Chocolate drink, piece of fruit. |
| Treats - Light Mousse (104 calories), hot chocolate drink (40 calories), diet coleslaw (50 calories). |
