A Sample Menu for the 'Lifestyle' Diet
At Superslim we believe that to lose weight you must eat normal everyday foods, fitting in easily with family meals.
The 'Lifestyle' diet has all your meals planned for you with the added bonus of including modern eating trends. If you enjoy a fast food meal once a week and you like your meals laid out for you, then this could be the diet for you.
It is really easy to apply the 'Lifestyle' diet to a normal day, as you can see from the sample menu below:
Day 1
Breakfast - 1 oz low sugar cereal, 1 fromage frais and a glass of orange juice. |
Lunch - 2 slices of toast, 200g tin of spaghetti, tinned pineapple. |
| Evening meal - 2oz of cod baked with a homemade white sauce recipe, 8 oz jacket potato and peas. |
Supper - baked aplle with 1 tsp of jam, 1 packet of low fat crisps. |
| Treats - extra milk for sauce (100 calories), 1 tsp of jam (15 calories), low fat crisps (85 calories). |

Day 2
Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 2 tsp jam and 1/2 a grapefruit. |
Lunch - 3oz of tuna with an 8oz jacket potato and green salad, 1 banana. |
| Evening Meal - 6oz of chicken stir fry, yoghurt with tinned fruit cocktail. |
Supper - 1 orange, 2 finger Kit Kat. |
| Treats - Yoghurt (55 calories), 2 finger Kit Kat (108 calories). |
