A Sample Menu for the 'Low, Low Fat' Diet


At Superslim we believe that to lose weight you must eat normal everyday foods, fitting in easily with family meals.

The principle of the 'Low, Low Fat' diet is that no fat is allowed whatsoever! So, if you can cut out all visible fat (i.e. butter, margarine, cooking oil, lard etc) this is the diet for you!

It is really easy to apply the 'Low, Low Fat' diet to a normal day, as you can see from the sample menu below:


Day 1

Breakfast - 1oz Branflakes, 1 banana, toast, tsp of jam.
Lunch - Jacket potato, 1 oz of cheese, mixed salad, 1 apple, 1 yoghurt (fruit salad).
Evening meal - 6oz of boiled rice, home made chilli con carne and salad. Supper - 3 crispbreads, 1 boiled egg, 1 necturine.
Treats - jam (20 calories), Cadbury's flake (180 calories).  


Day 2

Breakfast - Rasher of bacon, 1 scrambled egg, baked beans, tinned tomatoes, 5 floz fruit juice.
Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread, tinned salmon and salad, 1 banana.
Evening Meal - Chicken breast, new potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, 1 pear. Supper - Yoghurt, Gin and slimline tonic.
Treats - Beans sauce (30 calories), packet of walkers french fries (99 calories)
