Sea Fresh Salt:

Body rub down:  Sea salt can work wonders for tired and blemished skin, when used to give a brisk rub down before bathing.  It also makes you feel very good, much as the sea salty air of the seaside does.  Take one average-sized household cup of sea salt and gradually add warm water to make a paste.  To check the consistency, spread it on the back of your hand and when it is right, stand in the bath or shower and rub the paste all over your body.  You can do the rub down with your finger tips or you can use a coarse-textured face cloth.  It will make your skin tingle.  Massage for a few minutes only but over every part of your body, then take  bath or shower to wash off the salt mixture.
