Turkey Burgers ( makes 8 burgers) ingredients
Recipe Instructions Cook the rice in a large pan of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain, rinse under cold water, then drain well again. Place the cooked rice and all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well together. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 8 thick burgers. Spray a large non - stick frying pan with the spray oil, add the burgers and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn several times, until they are golden brown. Remove from the pan and serve while hot. |
