Turkey Tikka Burgers

Ingedients

  • 1lb minced turkey

Dressing

  • 8 teaspoons tikka paste 6oz natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 3 tblsps fresh chopped mint
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • lettuce
  • pinch of paprika

 

Turkey Recipe Instructions

Place the turkey, tikka paste, coriander and seasoning in a bowl and mix well to combine. Divide the mixture into burgers and grill or fry until cooked through. Put ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well. Assemble the burger with some lettuce and onion and garnish with the yoghurt dressing.
