Barbados Pork Kebabs


The following protein diet recipe will help you lose weight when combined with your Super Slim diet. Please speak with your personal consultant for more weight loss details of this and other recipes.

  • Trim 1lb (480g) pork fillet and cut into chunks.

Thread on to 8 skewers with pieces of onion, red and green pepper, mushrooms and courgette. Brush each kebab with 1tbsp of Chicken and Pork Marinade. Barbecue or grill, turning often until the pork is cooked - approx 10mins.
