Pork & Turkey Burgers

 Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean pork
  • 1 lb turkey meat
  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ level teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 level teaspoon paprika pepper
  • pinch ground cloves

Healthy Recipe Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or Liquidiser and process until smooth. Shape into 6 -8 burgers. Can be grilled on a low heat, or placed on the barbeque for 10 -15 minutes.
