Baked Pears with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar
Serves 4
MethodCore and peel pears, then slice length wise and brush with lemon juice. Place on a non stick pan core downwards. Place the sugar, cinnamon and low fat spread in a small saucepan and gently heat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon the mixture over the pears. Bake at 200C/400F/Gas 6 for 20-25 mins. Spoon further sugar syrup over during the cooking time. |
