MethodPreheat oven to 160C/325F/Gas 3. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Divide into 2 lightly greased 1lb loaf tins. Bake for approx. 40mins. Cut each cake into 10 slices. Approximately 80 cals per slice. |
