Orange And Carrot Cake

  • 1 medium carrot grated
  • 1 cup natural bran
  • 1 cup pure orange juice
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • few drops of sweetener

Method

Soak the carrot, bran and fruit in orange for two hours.  Add flour and sweetener.  Bake Gas 4 or   350F for approximately one hour.
