Continental Mince
Serves 2
- 1 lb mince
- 2 medium onions or leeks sliced
- small tin tomato soup
- small tin mushroom soup
- 4 oz grated low fat hard cheese
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- 8 oz pasta shells
- seasoning
- half teaspoon oil
Method
- Brown mince, onions and mushrooms in oil, drain off extra fat.
- Cook pasta as directed and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients to the pan and mix.
- Season and bake in oven gas mark 4/350 F/180 C for approximately 1 hour.
