Lemon Baked Turkey Thighs
Serves 4
- 4 skinned turkey breasts
- pepper
- half a lemon - sliced
- 1 oz low fat spread
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Method
- Season turkey thighs and place in ovenproof dish just large enough to hold them.
- Halve the lemon slices and tuck them into the spaces between the turkey pieces.
- Top with the spread. Bake 190C/375F/Gas 5 for forty minutes.
- Serve with jacket potato and salad.
