Salmon Quiche

Serves 1

  • tinned red salmon (213 grm)
  • small tub cottage cheese
  • small plain yogurt
  • half pint skimmed milk
  • salt and pepper
  • two eggs

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into blender for about 40 seconds until mixed well.
  2. Pour into suitable oven proof dish, sprinkle on top some chopped  spring onion.
  3. Place in oven on Gas 4/5  or 350F until it has set.
