Salmon Quiche
Serves 1
- tinned red salmon (213 grm)
- small tub cottage cheese
- small plain yogurt
- half pint skimmed milk
- salt and pepper
- two eggs
Method
- Put all ingredients into blender for about 40 seconds until mixed well.
- Pour into suitable oven proof dish, sprinkle on top some chopped spring onion.
- Place in oven on Gas 4/5 or 350F until it has set.
