Ingredients

  • small packet of prawns
  • 1 juicy melon
  • mixed salad

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons low-cal salad cream
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Healthy Recipe Instructions

Cut melon in half, removing the pips. Take out all the flesh chopping it up and put in a mixing bowl, together with prawns and salad. Mix salad cream and tomato sauce together to make a sea-food sauce and mix into ingredients. Put all ingredients back into melon shell and chill.
