Cheesy Ham & Celery Savoury

Ingredients

  • 4 Sticks celery
  • 12 Thin slices of lean ham
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 6oz Low fat soft cheese with garlic & herbs
  • 6 tbsp Low fat natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese-grated
  • Salt & pepper

Recipe Instructions

Wash celery, and slice sticks into 3 equal portions lay the slices of ham out, and place a piece of celery on each piece and roll up. Place 3 ham and celery rolls in each of 4 small heatproof dishes. Trim the spring onions, finely chop, sprinkle over ham and celery rolls, season. Mix together soft cheese and yoghurt and spoon over the ham and celery rolls. Sprinkle each portion with parmesan cheese and grill for 6-7 minutes until hot
