Oil Free Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon white wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon low calorie sugar
  • chopped herbs (Thyme, Marjoram, Basil, Parsley)

Method

Mix all ingredients together.  Place in a sealed container and shake well.  Taste and add more herbs,  salt or sugar as required.
