Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Serves 2.

  • 12 ounce cooked pasta shells (cold)
  • small tin tuna or salmon in brine
  • 14 ounce tin chopped tomatoes with garlic
  • medium tin sweetcorn or babycorn (salt and sugar free)
  • black pepper/lo salt to taste
  • half teaspoon basil

Method

Drain all the ingredients and mix together well.  Serve on a bed of crisp continental salad leaves and warm mini pittas.
