Lamb Koftas

Recipe Instructions Pre-heat oven to 200c, 400f, gas mark 6. Finely chop onion, crush the garlic and place in a bowl with the minced lamb, ginger, chilli, cumin, ground and fresh coriander and the mint. Beat the egg, add to the bowl and season. Using your hands mix well and divide into 16 koftas. Roll each one in the breadcrumbs, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
