I Lost 7stone 9lbs with Super Slim

The weight my frame was carrying was beginning to weigh just as heavily on my mind. Self hatred was eroding my confidence and self esteem. My husband John had never criticised my weight or pressurised me to lose any, saying �I love you for what you are, not what dress size you wear�. My sister in law told me of a slimming club called Super Slim so I enrolled and was weighed. I was stunned to find out I was a monstrous 18 stones.... I felt very low. The first time my weight loss became really apparent was when taking a bath, I was not touching both sides! Monday the 21st December was the day I stood on the scales and they read 10st 2lbs. It will live with me forever as a momentous occasion. I have a new goal now, it is to stay this weight and to help others. I run two clubs of my own now and I share the disappointments and the victory of all my members as they strive to reach their target weights too.
