Dieting Cooking InstructionsSaucesAll jar, packet and tinned sauces must be counted as extra calories. FatDo not cook with added fat. Remove all visible fat from meat. Remove all skin from chicken. SeasoningUnlimited herbs and spices can be used for flavour. GravyThis must be thin made with a stock cube or gravy powder. Not granules. SaltReduce your salt intake or even cut it out completely. Cooking methodsPoach, boil, microwave, steam, dry fry, bake, grill and roast. Nothing should be eaten in batter or bread crumbs unless it forms part of a convenience meal (300 calories maximum).
